01. General Agreement
By accessing and placing an order with KT Mobile Bhutan, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
02. Returns & Refunds Policy
Strict Policy Notice:
Items once sold cannot be returned. Under no circumstances will KT Mobile provide a monetary refund once a transaction is completed and the product has been dispatched or handed over to the customer.
We encourage all customers to review their order and product specifications thoroughly before making a payment. Our commitment to luxury standards ensures that every product is inspected before delivery.
03. Warranty Coverage
Warranty on individual products (Smartphones, Laptops, Accessories) is provided strictly as per the Manufacturer's Norms and Policies. KT Mobile acts as a retailer and is not liable for manufacturing defects beyond the scope provided by the brand (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Vivo, etc.).
Note: Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs will void all manufacturer warranties.
04. Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver within our 1-week estimate, KT Mobile is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (Post Office, Bus, or Taxi) or unforeseen weather conditions across the Dzongkhags.
05. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Bhutanese Ngultrum (Nu.). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are only processed once the full payment proof (Screenshot) has been verified by our accounts team.
